Our Musical Director
Keith is a native of North Yorkshire where he began organ studies with Ronald Perrin at Ripon Cathedral and harpsichord studies with Alan Cuckston. Keith studied Music at the Birmingham Conservatoire where he continued organ studies with Mark Shephard at Lichfield Cathedral.
From 1997-2011, Keith was Director of Music at the Anglican Church of the Holy Trinity, Geneva, Switzerland and he has also taught Music at Collège du Léman in Versoix, Switzerland. After spending a year teaching Music in the Far East, Keith returned to the UK when he served as Assistant Organist at Hexham Abbey from 2018-2020. Currently Keith is teaching music and leading the choir at Queen Mary’s School, Topcliffe alongside his role of Director of Music at All Saints Church, Northallerton. In addition, Keith directs the the Highside Singers in Kirkby Malzeard.
